Volunteer Vivian London celebrated her eightieth birthday surrounded by the staff of the public relations and fund raising department where she has set the standard for good English writing for the past twenty years.
Over the years Vivian has written and translated English texts - projects, correspondence, brochures, and more - for supporters and donors of Yad Sarah in Israel and abroad, after a long professional career doing the same for supporters of the Hebrew University.
With daughters Shoshana and Debra and granddaughter Ruth at her side – Vivian heard warm thanks from Uri Lupolianski, president and founder of Yad Sarah, and from Moshe Cohen, CEO of Yad Sarah – and thanked them and her loved ones for the privilege of being part of Yad Sarah, with its unique atmosphere and spirit of giving.
In the photo: With her birthday cake.
Inside – more photos with her daughters, grand-daughter, and Yad Sarah dignitaries from the festive event *
