A delegation of medical professionals from Chile, Mexico and Argentina visiting Ra'anana's Yad Sarah center * Avraham Karni, volunteer with the information staff in the center, documented and photographed * Thank you Ra'anana team

They arrived wanting to know more about Yad Sarah's formula for success. Recently, the Yad Sarah center in Ra'anana hosted a delegation of physicians and hospital managers from Chile, Mexico and Argentina The visit continues the close cooperation with the Galilee College, where mainly African and Latin American professionals are being trained and, during the course of the program, get the opportunity to become acquainted with the high achievements of the Israeli health system. Not surprisingly, Yad Sarah is a routine stop As often happens when a group visits Yad Sarah for the first time, we were gratified to see the expressions of fascination and the exclamations of wonder and excitement. How can it be that volunteers are responsible for such a vast array of services, supporting hundreds of thousands of families without any government financing? On the contrary, Yad Sarah saves the government of Israel hundreds of thousands of dollares per year. The delegation was accompanied by our Ra'anana volunteer, Yoseph Kelter, who is originally from Chile and of course fluent in Spanish. These lines were written by him in the PR department of YS Ra'anana. (Avraham Karni) Translated by Batia Redner
